C. LICENCE TERMS
Opencarttemplates.com grants you a non-exclusive limited licence to use the templates and other products sold through our web site (the “products”) in accordance with the following Licence Conditions (the “licence”) issued by Opencarttemplates.com.
1. LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each purchased template or other product on one domain only. Sub domains, e.g. store.yourdomain.com and the main domain , e.g. www.yourdomain.com will be considered as 1 domain. If you wish to use a template on additional domains you must purchase a separate template for each additional domain.
1.1 LICENCED DOMAINS DECLARATION
You must provide your site URL to the domains list for each template purchased in order that our system can validate your licences. Our Copyright infringement detection robot will search on Google results everyday; any domains using our products without licence will be automatically reported to Webshoptemplates.org.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the explicit permission of Opencarttemplates.com.
3. UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Opencarttemplates.com
You may not sub-licence, assign, or transfer this licence to anyone else without prior written consent from Opencarttemplates.com.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Opencarttemplates.com.

D. ORDERING, DELIVERY, RETURNS, REFUNDS & SUPPORT
1. PLACING AN ORDER
To comply with consumer legislation we are required to provide full details of how to order from this website.
You are required to create an account when you place your first order online. As all our products are digital downloads it is not possible to make ‘guest’ purchases; an account is required into which your purchase will be placed for download.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an online order :
- Find the Items You Want
- Add the Items to Your Shopping Basket using the Add to Basket button. To remove an item from your basket, tick the Remove box next to the item and click the Update button. To change quantities for an item, enter the revised number and click the Update button.
- Proceed to Checkout using the Checkout button.
- Sign In as a Returning Customer or a Create a New Account.
- Check the Payment Address and change / create a new one if necessary.
- Choose a Payment Method.
- Review and Submit Your Order – you must tick the box indicating that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Make your payment using your chosen method with our secure payment partner, PayPal, using either your Debit/Credit Card or your PayPal account.
- Check Your Order Status in your Account.
- Download your purchase.
2. PRODUCT DELIVERY
After we have successfully received your payment, an order complete notification will be emailed to the email address you provided during the payment process. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. After logging in with the username / password provided when creating your account, you will have access to your products in the Downloads section in ‘My Account’.
You will be permitted to download each product purchased a maximum of 3 times. This is to provide you with a ‘disaster recovery’ facility ONLY and does NOT permit you to use the product on 3 separate websites.
The email address you provide on creating an account must be valid as it will be used for communication purposes. It is strongly recommended to use the email address associated with your company. ‘Free’ email addresses can be used for registration and checkout process, but orders placed using free email service addresses will be checked more thoroughly and may take longer for activation as a result.
Near-instant downloads are available! However, some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check by our payment processing provider, Paypal. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Antifraud checks occur due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual the cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
If we or our Payment Processing Providers suspect that any information you have provided pertaining to your order is in any way fraudulent your order will be declined and, if payment has been effected, immediately refunded.
4. REFUND POLICY
Since Opencarttemplates.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after a download is made through your account. It is extremely important that you understand this policy before purchasing and downloading products from our site. All licence fees are non-refundable.
5. BESPOKE TEMPLATES
Where you commission a bespoke template from us a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required with the remainder due on completion and before installation on a production website. Based on feedback provided by you we will provide up to three redesigns, after which our contract to you will be complete and the final balance will be due. Where the template is a modification to a template already being sold on Opencarttemplates.com, these full Terms and Conditions will apply. For a ‘ground up’ design to a customer’s specification, ownership of the template will transfer from Opencarttemplates.com to the purchaser upon receipt of the final payment. The customer will be released from all obligations under Sections B and C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 of these Terms and Conditions.
Opencarttemplates.com templates and products are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all OpenCart 3rd party extensions/products. Should you believe that there is a fault with a template, please contact us and we will investigate and, if necessary, rectify it.
We offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customisation or administration of OpenCart itself.
Opencarttemplates.com products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall their directors, proprieters, agents or employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We are not licenced to provide certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided templates. These require you own or purchase the fonts from their respective owners.
F. CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
